You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of your subscription to request a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the request meets our criteria, which include but are not limited to service quality issues. If eligible refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
